“What started out as a simple disconnect and reconnect of our AC and Furnace, turned out to be a snowball effect of repairs. Airclaws was our saving grace during this time! We had drainage added to our basement. After the repair, Airclaws recommended a company for us to have the airducts cleaned of concrete debris. When Floor and More began vacuuming the airducts, mouse pee was discovered. I called Airclaws, and Kyle came back out to access the situation, and it was not good. We discussed several options to fix the problem. Ultimately, Kyle helped us come up with a solution that would not cost our arm and leg. He was patient, kind, thoroughly explained the process, and walked us through the repairs before, during, and after. Don, came the final day and a half to help with the repairs. Both men were very professional, answered ALL of my questions, and successfully repaired our air ducts. Soon, fresh cold air was blowing throughout the house!
