Eddy was polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the product. I especially appreciated the explanations that the technician took the time to share so I could understand better what he was doing and finding. Update 5-23: I was very impressed and appreciative of Eddie's work when he came out today to evaluate our Bryant variable power heat pump after a tree had hit it. He was very careful, thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. It was very reassuring to have his detailed assessment before and after his careful restoration of the outside unit grille. We are glad that the machine was not seriously damaged and expect it may last another ten years. It's going strong, running efficiently and quietly, and it costs us so little (relatively speaking) in heating and cooling. We have also appreciated that it functions even at temperatures of 5 degrees. It's an impressive and well engineered machine. Thanks to Air Claws for recommending it 10 years ago!

The technician that came to my house was very courteous and polite. He was careful coming into my house, he put shoe covers on prior to coming inside. He seemed very knowledgeable about our hvac system and was comfortable answering my questions.The office staff person is very courteous and pleasant to speak with. Always is quick to reply to my emails and phone calls.2 technicians came today to complete the installation of an i-wave air purification system. The system cabinet required modification in order to accommodate a different size of filter. I was impressed by their ability to work as a team and to problem solve. They were both professional and courteous. I would certainly recommend Airclaws! They have high quality employees.

Our 40+ year old furnace died on a Wednesday and with cold temperatures forecasted for the weekend I was frantically looking for replacement options. By the end of Wednesday Ryan Tevis had come to my house, discussed my needs, took measurements and provided me multiple options that could be installed by Friday. I chose an option Wednesday night and the equipment was ordered Thursday. Friday morning Shawn and Caleb showed up and started removing the old equipment. By 11:30 am the new equipment had arrived and been brought over. By the end of the day my new furnace up and running and we had a comfortable weekend. Monday morning Shawn arrived and promptly installed the heat pump, cleaned up the work site and showed me how to run the fancy thermostat. Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and worked great as a team.The entire install was done before other companies could even get me a quote and I could not be happier.

I recently had my very old furnace replaced by Airclaws and they made what could've been a huge headache a very smooth and simple process. Everyone was extremely professional throughout the whole process, both in person and on the phone. Our thermostat stopped working over the weekend. We were able to get get ahold of Airclaws through their after hours line and they got someone right out. October 2018 Airclaws installed a gas fireplace for me. I enjoyed sitting by it the rest of the winter.Thursday, July 25 @ 5ish my air conditioner quit working . Later that same day someone was here to figure out the problem. My 2001 unit had died. By 7 pm Monday, July 29 I was again enjoying the cool with my new heat pump.And just today..July 30 Airclaws called to schedule a final walkthrough with my new heat pump to make sure I know all I need to know to get the most from it.YES....I recommendAirclaws, and glad a friendRecommended to me.My faith in this company continy ad they solved a problem with my furnace during a recent cold spell.had recomended them to me for the fireplace .

I can not say enough good things about Eddy. By proxy, I can not say enough good things about airclaws. Eddy was the absolute nicest, genuine and friendly person I have ever met. He was extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and more. I wanted to be involved in the process so he was truly accommodating and walked me through everything. When I say he was kind, I don’t mean in the typical ‘customer service’ kind of way, I mean it genuinely felt like he wanted to answer my questions, and cared about his work. I have a feeling that if I didn’t want to be involved in the process he would have professionally and courteously worked without me there as well. Eddy was prompt, and called fifteen minutes before arriving. I would not hesitate to work with Airclaws again, and if you’re reading this: ask for Eddy. I have used Airclaws for other HVAC needs, but they really came through again when my hot water heater went out unexpectedly. As always, communication was clear and they worked as quickly as possible to get my issue resolved. Shawn was a great technician - knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He talked me through what he needed to do, did it, and showed me everything at the end and all in the middle of other contractors here doing some other work. His attention to detail was great.

Airclaws has been great during our three years with them! They are reliable and punctual for each scheduled maintenance call. A couple of months back, our furnace went out. They drove to Columbus to get a replacement, replaced it the following day, and even offered space heaters or overnight accommodation because it got down to -1 that evening. Highly recommend using them!

Airclaws was great to work with. We had a 20+ year old system that went down in the middle of winter. Airclaws was helpful working with our home warranty company, but unfortunately, we had to purchase a whole new system. Their entire team was great to work with. Professional, responsive, informative, and most of all patient. We had to consider a few different systems plus figuring out our finances. Ryan, our salesperson, was very patient and accommodating. He even threw in an air purifier. Payment and financing was easy and straight forward. And best of all they had all of the equipment in stock so there was zero delay with install, or dealing with things on back-order. The install took two days because they were interrupted by the recent ice storm. They were able to get us heat before the bad weather hit and then returned the next business day to finish the rest. Overall, we're very happy with the service and equipment provided by Airclaws and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of help with their heating and cooling needs.

The Airclaws installers did a great job installing a Navien natural gas tankless water heater. They installed it exactly in the part of the wall that I specified to preserve maximum wall and floor space. They did a nice job using flex pipe to tap into the larger diameter portion of the gas line to ensure proper performance and in order to navigate the narrow crawl space. Quality staff, fair price, and good options for financing. I recommend doing business with Airclaws .

This company is either highly unethical or has no clue what they are doing . They came to look at our boiler and had to send 3 people to finally diagnose it and give us a price . They said it was shot and required a new 10k system . We got a 2nd opinion and the other company had it fixed in less than 2 hours and under $400. Strongly suggest not wasting your time or resources with these people

Heat Pump/Air Handler not working properly last Thursday. Quick response Friday before noon. Eddie arrived and assessed the situation - not good. Coolant leakage in current unit. Airclaws did a good job. We have been with them for many years. They were nice, professional attitude, and cleaned up when they were done. They did tell me that I needed a part for my AC unit, they went to check on the status of getting one and I never heard back from them for a week. My husband had to end up calling to see what the status was with the part we needed.

I needed all new everything and went to the right place. My house has never been warmer or the air more well distributed. They came when they said they would come. They did what they said what they would do. Their price was better than everyone else's. I would not hesitate to call on these guys. They will be my new go to for all things furnace and air related. GREAT system with ability to add on all kinds of things in future. In fact my system now, can easily handle a very thick MERV 11 I think or 12 filter for dust without bogging down the motor. This is just in the furnace itself. Call these guys! Their customer service is the best too.

Emergency ServiceI had what I thought was an emergency heating problem and even though it was not, Ryan identified the problem and with his help I was able to get the problem solved.
