“Airclaws has been providing my HVAC, air quality, and water heater services for many years now. They've always been courteous, friendly, and very professional. The level of their serious is magnificent. Most recently there'd been an issue with the flu pipe on my heat pump. I'd had other services provided by another company in the vacenity of my air pump around the time Airclaws had been there. The flu pipe had been broken. The other company denied breaking it. Airclaws takes befor and after service pictures of where they work. The pictures showed the pipe was in good condition after they'd been here. They even called the other company for me to discuss the incident, but the other company denied responsibility. The repair was going to cost me a lot, but Airclaws decided to come in and repair it for free. That's really going above and beyond! That's integrity!”

“What started out as a simple disconnect and reconnect of our AC and Furnace, turned out to be a snowball effect of repairs. Airclaws was our saving grace during this time! We had drainage added to our basement. After the repair, Airclaws recommended a company for us to have the airducts cleaned of concrete debris. When Floor and More began vacuuming the airducts, mouse pee was discovered. I called Airclaws, and Kyle came back out to access the situation, and it was not good. We discussed several options to fix the problem. Ultimately, Kyle helped us come up with a solution that would not cost our arm and leg. He was patient, kind, thoroughly explained the process, and walked us through the repairs before, during, and after. Don, came the final day and a half to help with the repairs. Both men were very professional, answered ALL of my questions, and successfully repaired our air ducts. Soon, fresh cold air was blowing throughout the house! Thank you, Kyle, who was there from the very beginning and Don, who came in to help at the end! We will definitely use this team again!”

“Our 40+ year old furnace died on a Wednesday and with cold temperatures forecasted for the weekend I was frantically looking for replacement options. By the end of Wednesday Ryan Tevis had come to my house, discussed my needs, took measurements and provided me multiple options that could be installed by Friday. I chose an option Wednesday night and the equipment was ordered Thursday. Friday morning Shawn and Caleb showed up and started removing the old equipment. By 11:30 am the new equipment had arrived and been brought over. By the end of the day my new furnace up and running and we had a comfortable weekend. Monday morning Shawn arrived and promptly installed the heat pump, cleaned up the work site and showed me how to run the fancy thermostat. Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and worked great as a team.

The entire install was done before other companies could even get me a quote and I could not be happier.”

“Called AirClaws when the power went out and our whole house generator turned on but failed to transfer power to the house on the coldest day of the year! Eddy responded within an hour to assess the situation. Fortunately the power had come back on, but it also created a problem with our furnace. After the generator evaluation Eddy moved on to the furnace and quickly identified the issue. He was able to complete a temporary repair to get the heat back on until a permanent fix can be completed. We will definitely be using AirClaws to do that work! I can’t say enough about Eddy and his response. He arrived quickly. Despite the brutal conditions outside he took the time to evaluate our generator and determine the issue. He also made sure to check the furnace to be sure we had heat on this frigid holiday weekend. He was polite, professional and very thorough. We are very grateful for Eddy’s assistance and will not hesitate to call AirClaws next time we have an issue!”

So, when the quarter of a century old heating system in our rental house chose Thanksgiving week to malfunction, we suspected that given the holiday and most likely an understandable backlog of heating issues due to the change in weather, we would be shivering and using space heaters for the next several weeks. However, less than 24 hours after notification, and, surprisingly, in the afternoon of Thanksgiving Eve, when a lot of people understandably take time off, Ray from Airclaws was already at our place measuring space to calculate the load that would be necessary to heat and cool our house efficiently. He then immediately emailed with a selection of new furnaces of varying efficiencies and prices from which to choose. Still, despite Ray’s incredible promptness, we expected that with ordering, pick-up, and several hours of installation being necessary, and the holiday weekend beginning the next day, we would be waiting for at least a week or two before installation would begin. However, bright and early Friday morning, the day after Thanksgiving, when a lot of people are still off on an extended weekend, Shawn from Airclaws showed up and removed the old furnace. Then, almost as though it was on rehearsed cue, Ray showed up with the new unit, which he and Shawn then installed, as a third team member Andrew crawled up into very tight attic spaces to attach and run a PVC pipe out through the back wall of the house for airflow and venting. By very early that afternoon the Airclaws team had put on the finishing touches with a cool new thermostat and instructions on how to use it. The Airclaws guys were amazing in their promptness, diligence, skill, efficiency, and courtesy in getting the work done, and we could not possibly be more pleased with the results of their effort. “I had a water heater installed by someone else 2 years ago and it was leaking. The tank was replaceable under warranty. The Airclaws team picked up my new water heater, took out the old one, fixed a few problems from the previous installation, and replaced the floor the water heater was on as there was water damage. “Install was very professional and fast. Mini split unit is super quiet and extraordinarily energy efficient. My off-grid power system easily runs the A/C with no problem, and can operate for days when there’s no sun. It seems to only use less than 2kw each night.”

“We decided to replace our old (original to our home, thus about 27 yrs old) air-conditioner and gas furnace system. We asked three local HVAC installers for quotes on a new system. Ryan Tevis, from Airclaws, Inc., gave us a set of options that were based on an evaluation of our home’s requirements and our habits and desires. Of the three local installers, Airclaws, Inc. made by far the most thorough presentation for meeting our HVAC needs. Ryan was the only one to even mention that we would qualify for a Columbia Gas Rebate ($300) and AEP Rebate ($200). Not only that, but he filled-out and submitted the paperwork. As there would be some time delay in receiving the rebates, he deducted the rebates from our bill (and we signed the rebate applications to have the rebates sent directly to Airclaws). “I talked to you last week about the service that I received from Airclaws and your technician, Tony Richardson. I was amazed by several things. First, I was surprised to find someone available during the bitter cold wave, and to see that they could get to me the same day. I knew I had a good one when he explained everything that he was doing and why it was not working. Although he told me it might take two days to get the part in, he was able to locate the part and get back to me within two hours. I was revving up the kerosene heater, but didn’t even have to use it. The price of the parts and labor were reasonable, the service exemplary, and it appears I have a new company to place on my Tim’s List (distant relative to Angie’s List) Tony is an asset to your company! When it’s “gotta do it right time”, he is a good one to have on your team!!”
