Being a senior person Airclaws people helped me through the paperwork and process of working with AEP to get an energy efficent water heater.
Each person checked in some way helped me from the point of giving me the information on how to aquire the water heater and to its installation.
They even made sure I understood how the water heater worked. They removed the old water heater.
The best part was the cost was very acceptable.

My older heat was not put in by Air Claws and was no longer under warranty and although the office called around to find replacement parts they were very expensive as no longer available from the company. I decided to look into a new one and Ryan was quickly scheduled to help me determine the best model for me. Very quickly the installers Jacob and Caden were scheduled and arrived with the new unit the next day and within a few hours it was installed.
