“I called AIRCLAWS this morning in what I thought was going to be a frustrating attempt to get a heat pump unit repaired. Wow…was I pleasantly surprised. I was greeted on the phone by an extremely nice lady, who listened to my concerns and said that they would call me back as soon as they could. I wasn't expecting the response that I got. Just 14 minutes later, my call was returned and an appointment scheduled for the same day. This was the start to a very positive experience. The technician, Scotty, called when he was headed to our house to service our unit. He diagnosed our system issue, explained it to my wife, and called me to explain to me what was going on with our system. I expected to have a large out-of-pocket expense for this repair. That was not the case. He fixed our system and had us up and running within an hour or so, at what I feel was very minimal cost. All of the employees that my wife and I interacted with were kind, respectful, and very professional. I can't thank everyone there enough for what was stellar service. Don't hesitate to call them.”
